I will just keep this short. I have spent around $70,000 with this place in the last 6 years. If you want to buy from a place that wont return your calls this is the place. If you want to buy from a place that promises you classes and then they dont give them to you, this is the place. I bought a Crown Jewel III with the 10' table and the prostitcher in August of 2017. For 2 1/2 months I called every week to get my class that was promised on free motion quilting and the prostitcher. After the first 2 1/2 months I finally got my class on free motion quilting while still calling every week to get a class for the prostitcher there after. Finally 4 weeks ago I got a class scheduled for the prostitcher only to find when i got there Racheal the class teacher had not even seen the new version of the prostitcher software even though its been out for roughly a year. She says to me I will just teach you on the old version and that she was told the old version was the new version. I said no this looks alot different than the new version I need to learn on the new version. So she finds another prostitcher tablet after she gives me a disgruntled look and then she proceeds to try and start teaching me. Well guess what she couldnt figure the new version out and says i am going to have to learn this and then have you come back It will take me about a week. Today is December 7, 2017 which has been 4 months since I purchased this product and still no phone call for a class which has now been 4 weeks since my original scheduled class. I phoned 2 days ago and Rachael answered and i said do you guys just want to give me a refund on this machine since I cant get a class that was promised to me? She said she doesn't have the authority to do that but would leave a message for Chuck to call me back. Two days have went by and Chuck has not called me who is the owner. I dont think I will ever get a phone call and now I have a machine that I paid $20,000 and cant work. Called Babylock and told them my story and they kindly gave me links to some videos however I cant get my motors or gears to work. So right now the product I spent $8,000 on which is the prostitcher doesn't work and I haven't even gotten to use it. Thanks Calico Country for taking a buying experience that is suppose to be exciting and turning it into something dreadful for me. I now know why the other girls my age (40's and 50's) go to Jackman Fabrics in Ofallon IL now instead of to Calico Country. Learn from my lesson if you are reading this and thinking of buying a machine here and Run run run away from this place!! They arent even taking machine trades there anymore so that should tell you something.
